Pulaski County is home to Circuit and District Courts. The Circuit Court has general civil and criminal jurisdiction over the county. It hears all civil claims involving over $100. In 2017, a total of 1280 juvenile cases were reported for every 100,000 people age 10 to adulthood in the jurisdiction of Pulaski County. Of that total, 74% of those proceedings were delinquencies which equaled 952 court cases. Another 13% were dependency cases that accounted for 160 of the juvenile cases.
